Parents and volunteers are an integral part of NCA.  The Parent Task Force has been created to help accomplish the following objectives: help meet NCA’s needs in various areas, get families plugged into NCA’s operations, enhance community and build relationships among families and staff and start to develop potential future NCA leaders.

Volunteer Task Force (Leader: Stephanie Ware)

• Coordinates volunteer staffing
• Develops volunteer positions

Marketing Task Force (Leaders: Melanie Bannister)

• Develops and executes plans to improve awareness of NCA among western suburbs
• Increases and improves delivery channels (web, Facebook, Youtube, etc)

Fundraising Task Force (Leader: Rebecca Ruff)

• Develops plans to improve fundraising for financial aid and general school operations
• Executes fundraising projects such as wreath sales, company matching gifts, and the spring banquet/golf tournament

Community Task Force (Leader: Kara Jacobs)

• Welcome new families & new teachers
• Ongoing activities to maintain a sense of community
• Assist each other in times of needs
• Teacher appreciation
